I used to be really picky with my soft plastics and spend a ton in them and the terminal required to throw them. Then i bought a new truck lol. Was pretty broke for a while. And I started going to Walmart and hitting the discount boxes. All kiiiinds of YUM baits. I was never a YUM guy but i said ah hell their 2 bucks a pack. Ive caught sooooo many fish on them now lmao. I pretty much only use yums discounted craws, creature baits, and worms. Their are certain techniques where a certain brand is required. For i stance i wont buy the dingers unless im throwing a neko because they float. No salt. But if i want to throw a straight up t rig or wacky, i need the senkos. Their action on the fall is just unmatched…the kvd ocho is a close second. Neds gotta be elaztec. But yeah budget is the way to go in soft plastics guys for the most part.
