Great vid Marty. Do you know if they used Loctite on the L hanger bolts? Whenever I have a side off any of my wheels, I like to check the bolts are tight, unless I have already Loctited them... I just call all of the wheels associated with Gotway as Begotway... then it is right from all angles haha

I've never noticed the use of Loctite in the pedal hangers. Always a good idea to check them every once in awhile.

Agreed! For whatever the reason, Gotway just rollz off that tongue while BEEEGOAD or BEEEGOOOD or BEEGOODEEEE just sounds wrong. Personally I think the Commander's holding up very well esp for batch 1 or perhaps a pre-batch 1 wheel. For lots of trail riding, the innards looks very clean. 'Cept for price, I think GW have a winner. I have no use for a 3600wh or 100mile wheel but nevertheless, thanks for the 1k mile update. Cool to read bout toyz even if its not in my future 👍

Is there was any beeps due to the high temperature of the battery?

I believe those alarms are a safety feature that only get triggered if something is seriously wrong with the battery. I have not heard them.

Nobody has ridden the Max yet so this is hard to answer. But based on the spec's the Max will be the better wheel for secondary reason's; roll cage, better lights, etc. However, if long range is very important to you, we need to learn what the low voltage is for the Max. The Commander is ~74.5-volts (same as Monster Pro). The Sherman is ~76.5-volts. If the Max is the same as the Sherman that it will have less range than the Commander. If you like super long rides that can be the difference between making it back or having to walk. Hope this helps.

For me range rules so the Commander is the better wheel. I've never ridden the Abrams so anything more would be pure speculation.

You prefer medium or hard mode on commander. Second question is efortless release torque on comander or need push like sherman.

Personally I prefer hard mode for most of my riding. The Commander has noticeably higher torque than the Sherman.
