That’s kinda blow off valve for a turbo except it’s à supercharged I’m not sure how it works for a supercharged but on a turbo it’s to release the compress air instead of doing damage! Nothing to do with a intercooler ?

what did you do to block off the return opening to the airbox?

any ecu changes with this going from the oem bypass valve? as I believe oem recirculates the air and this turbo smart vents to atmosphere

Hey turbo it’s me again lol, I could really use some help finding o rings and filter for a fuel pump on my F4r, or the whole fuel pump assembly.

Turbo329 actually my o rings rotted from sitting in that ethanol, but I can’t find any o rings or filters, or the hose either.... I ordered all of it months ago and STILL haven’t heard anything... thanks big time dude!

I got my O-ring from Ebay as well as the MAHLE K147 filter.

Turbo329 so far I haven’t found them anywhere. Except through mv and even that was a pain, but still waiting. I just can’t imagine waiting another year.... with no bike.... and not being able to sell.... at this point, once it’s fixed I’m just gonna list it for about$3,700 and be done with it. Just too much issue with maintenance. It’s got 2,300 miles and looks like brand new with lots of upgrades too, but I’m feeling like I am always waiting on parts lol

Just a little bit. It's still there though. The BOV venting to atmosphere is the main culprit. In return, you get the Pssshhhttt sound when the throttle is closed.

I'm not 100% certain. That's a good question and I honestly didn't check. I should have. The mounting holes are in the exact same place.

To lower the intake temps. forced induction creates high temps.
