12 Hour Dublin Dash! | Bham- Dublin
Buckle up as we take on a 12hr Dublin Dash! I flew from Birmingham to Dublin with Ryanair, and it was an action-packed day from dawn till dusk. Check out the highlights of my EXTREME DAY TRIP in Dublin.
Starting with a B'ham to Dublin return Flight - Soaring above to kickstart my Irish adventure. (Flight cost: £55 return). Once their. Make your way over to Trinity College. For the Trinity College Walking Tour.
This was a 2hr Tour of the best that trinity has to offer. It Will take you on a guided tour through the historic campus. With an expert trinity trails guide. Followed by entry to the book of Kells’ experience…Take a look at this Ancient manuscript. All for a cost of.. €21.50.
In order to see the city fully. You have o get on ……. And off! The Hop on hop off City Bus. Ticket price of €24.82. This gets you everywhere you need to go. In good time too! I found it invaluable. En route you can view all of the main sites that make Dublin what it is. And no tour of the city could be made without a visit to the Historic… and iconic.. Guinness Storehouse tour. Dublin is the home of this brew. ‘The Black stuff’ has been made here since 1759 on a site that has a ……….. wait for it!……. 9000 year lease. Inside the storehouse you can shop till you drop, take a guided tour in the form of a number of packages. I chose the Guinness Storehouse experience; with the Guinness Academy. Where as well as the history; you are taught to pour the perfect pint! Its a 2hr experience……… but create space…….to stay a little longer!
The Temple Bar is THE place to be, when you hit this magnificent city. While waiting for your flight back. You can cosy up in one of the many pubs on this street. Just don’t miss your flight!
Can you travel from Birmingham to Dublin and back before you even knew you had gone? and all within 24hrs? A resounding YES from me!!…. Role on the next EDT!
