Are you ready to have 2025 to be your most decluttered and organized year yet??? I knew I was ready! This is the final video in my month long declutter and organize series! I go back through my whole house and redeclutter the areas I already did and hit some new places too! In this video I’ll be decluttering in the bathroom, the laundry room, and my huge storage closet! Well, we’ve made it to the finish line friends! This has been a great month of decluttering and organizing for me! My home and my spirit have been revitalized! Not only has the functioning of my home improved, but my thoughts have improved as well! I hope these videos have given you encouragement if you feel like you need to do some decluttering in your home! I know decluttering isn’t for everyone, but if you give it a try, you might just find a little extra peace of mind that you didn’t know you needed. 🫶🏼

WOW! What a month you've had! Such a great reminder to do a second pass (or more) as you may find things you didn't see or think about before. I really like the new storage piece by the back door. It looks like you have more space now and it just looks and feels lighter. It is amazing how we all keep evolving, learning, and growing. What worked in the past may no longer work now. Hello there, Matt! Thank you so very much! I really feel like this has been a great month! I know it probably sounds a bit dramatic, but it really has been life-changing for me. I feel a real shift in my thoughts and how I view my possessions. I’m glad you like the new little piece by the back door! I absolutely love it! It is very lightweight and it feels like we gained so much space! Every time we would bring things in from the garage, we were constantly having to maneuver around the corner of the nightstand! So nice to have it gone! Thank you so much for joining me on this journey! I’m not quite where I wanna be yet, but I’m getting there! Good morning my friend!! Congrats on the month long declutter! You did beyond great!!! That’s how it’s done and we feel so much lighter and clear headed. I watched your video last night. Although I normally watch Saturday mornings, my husband is sick, went to urgent care and tested positive for “C”. So I’m home with him taking care of him. He got meds and is on the mend. Hi DeDe! I have sooooo loved this series but I must admit - today’s declutter made my heart leap in my chest. I LOVE ORGANIZERS!🤣🤣🤣. I’m so impressed with the stack of them that you decluttered! I would have taken them all! lol. That is my weakness. For some people it’s shoes, makeup or clothes - but not me - it’s containers. But I agree. You don’t NEED every container but I do want them.😂😂😂. Thanks for reminder to double check previous areas bc decision fatigue sets in sometimes and you don’t get rid of all you can. I love organization and I love organizers and they make me happy just looking at them and having them! 😆 it really was the hardest thing for me to go through! I love a good box, spray bottles & glass jars too 😊. A few boxes are kept for my donations & temporary storage. The sprayers on those bottles for the most part are interchangeable & have saved me from having to buy spray bottles. You did a great job. Thanks for the motivation.

💔 containers 😭. Yes you do have to make sure the sprayers work. it's so frustrating grabbing a spray bottle that doesn't spray . All the extras you found whoohooo nice job. I may have a container problem but it fits in the large container I have... so mischief managed 😉 I like the that song , We got this indeed !! Decluttering calms my mind , I would love to "help" my hubby declutter his side of our closet but I don't make choices for him . Oh my goodness! My day is complete. I have heard from Coleen, and her comment has been all over the place, just like my own mind!! 😆 which is why I have no problem ever following your thought process! Oh my mischief managed? I’m going to file that away in my own personal mind card catalog I love that! I myself have never been a curling iron person. I have been straightening my hair for years. I have a bit of a natural wave at the back, but for the most part, my hair is straight as a stick so it’s easier to go with the flow and straighten it than to be like a salmon swimming upstream and try to curl hair that does not naturally curl! Hot rollers is the only success I’ve ever had! Anyway, now that I’ve shared my hair history, let me say thanks for watching friend! If you love me to bits, I must love you too bigger bits! Thank you! 🤗 Believe it or not I’ve been going back through and updating some of the organizing. I’ve done since I Decluttered! So I will be sharing some of those updates, I also have a few new decor pieces that I got with my HomeGoods gift cards that I’ll be adding around my home. I’m looking to repaint some things gold that I already have and add them to the office and maybe the den. I want to do a day in the life with a lot of restocking. Remember, we haven’t bought groceries the entire month of January and we’re gonna see if we can go in a little bit longer! Those are some of the things that I’ll be doing next!

WOW DEDE, What an accomplishment! I did a second pass on my home this last month and purged 174 items. I thought I was doing good since I did a gigantic clean-out all last year. You put me to shame but my house is much smaller than yours. All I can say is my attic is empty, I have no basement, we park both our cars in the garage and I have empty cabinets, cupboards & drawers. I would not have dreamed that you would find so much to let go of in your already pristine & tidy home! You are a credit to your profession. Hi Cynthia! Oh my goodness! What an accomplishment for you! 174 items even after you did a giant declutter is amazing! Your home sounds impeccably neat! That’s great that you have empty spaces, that’s what I’m working toward! I do not know how many blue jackets and hoodies we have! Lol! Depending on their budget sometimes I use higher end containers sometimes I use dollar tree containers, but they’re always new. Usually, I just try to donate my gently used items. Your "before" photos in your home are already way more decluttered than my home would ever be. So tidy! The containers killed me. You have plenty of room for them, and you have an organizing business -- why not keep them? You don't know what a client might need. If you didn't have room, that'd be different, but...... (Obviously this is a weak spot gor me! ) Do you ever film decluttering or organizing at a client's house? That would be great.

Hello Ann! 👋🏼 the containers were hard for me as well! All of the new containers I have saved, but if they have been used, I don’t use those for clients. Different folks have different budgets so sometimes I will organize with higher end containers and sometimes I use dollar tree containers, but I always use new ones. The only time I don’t use new containers is if the client already has containers, they would like me to use. If you will go to my playlist , you will see “my big tidy up on the go” those are all homes. I have gone in and organized. As a general rule, I don’t record because many times folks are embarrassed. When I do record, I try to make sure I don’t film any thing that identifies the families. The “my big tidy up on the go.” Videos are some of my biggest transformations! I think you’ll like them!
