EXTREME FREEZE TEST--HULKMAN, LOKITHOR, GOOLOO, FANTTIK, JF.EGWO (2 Weeks in Deep Freeze)

Today, we are challenging all the top brand jump starters to the extreme -4 F freezer test. These jump starters have been in the deep freeze freezer for 2 weeks straight. We chose the Lokithor J401X, Hulkman 10.0, Gooloo GT4000, all with the pre heat technology that will work in -40 F. We also brought into the contest, the JF. EGWO 6000A & Fanttik T8 Max, these 2 units do not have preheat technology, but they are advertised to work in up to -4 F. We will put these jump starters to the test, watch to the end to see which jump starters were able to jump start, and which could not.
Lokithor J401X was able to jump start the Cadillac V8 on the first shot w/ preheat technology.
Hulkman 10.0 was able to jump start the Cadillac V8 on the first shot w/ preheat technology.
Gooloo GT4000 was able to use its preheat technology to jump start the Cadillac V8 approx. 10-15 minutes into the video.
JF. EGWO 6000A was able to jump start the Cadillac V8 a few minutes after the video ended without preheat technology.
Fanttik T8 Max was able to jump start Cadillac V8 about 10 minutes after video ended without preheat technology.

Just to clarify, we did in fact have a defective Gooloo GT4000 with the preheat technology Not activating in below freezing temps in a few different videos. We ordered a new Gooloo GT4000 to verify if we had a defective unit or not, and the new Gooloo GT4000 works perfectly with the preheat technology activating properly. We had a few other viewers mention that their GT4000 was acting the same as our defective unit with the preheat technology Not activating. I was thinking we either have defective units, or is it possible that the Gooloo team put the Gooloo GT4000 outer coverings on the GT4000S models accidentally and sold them like that not knowing, just a thought. That would explain why my unit as well as a few others had issues with the preheat technology never activating. Also, just to clarify, I am not one to bad mouth another company, I just post and review what I experience. Gooloo is an outstanding company who make great portable jump starters, unfortunately a few defective units slip through the cracks every now and then and get shipped out.

Thanks for the videos and help me to decide. i am looking for jump starter and before i was planning to buy NOCO after the video i changed my mind to GOOLOO and after this Freezer test again change my mind to LOKITHOR OR HULKMAN 10.0 but Unfortunately both of these models are not available in Canada even though I try to purchase from their main websites they are not shipping outside usa which is weird noco and gooloo Both are available in Canada to purchase online. We have extreme winter in Canada in normal days Sometime I experience Minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit which is too cold if I purchase no co I will be dead outside based on their heating technology.

Unfortunately, just about every jump starter on the market is going to have a tough time jump starting in -45 f+. The only jump starters that may have a chance are Hulkman 10.0, Lokithor J401X, Gooloo GT4000 & Noco GBX 155, which we have not tested yet. The Hulkman and Lokithor have preheat technology up to -40 F, both worked on the first shot every time we tested in the frigid temps. The Gooloo GT4000 is hit or miss because it will jump start in -40 F, but it takes longer than the others, and in some cases, the preheat technology never activates as the videos will show. We have been told the Noco GBX 155 has preheat technology up to -40 F, but we never tested it, so we dont know for sure how well it works. We have really been very impressed with the Lokithor J401X since it has preheat technology up to -40 F, heavy duty, very sleek, rugged, large LCD screen with good info on it. I believe we paid around $200, I may be off a little, but it's well worth it, except it doesn't come with a case, unfortunately. Being you live in a very cold climate, you may have a hard time finding a jump starter that will jump start in -45 F and below. Your best bet is Lokithor J401X or Hulkman 85S or Hulman 10.0. If I come across anyone who will ship the Lokithor J401X or Hulkman 10.0 to Canada, I will shoot you a message and let you know. You have a great day, and stay warm in Canada.

That was a good video But I don't think the Hulk man Is in the price range is most of the other ones So I'm not so sure about that comparison. I'll see if I can find an updated video though. Good work

The Lokithor J401X, Gooloo GT4000, JF. EGWO are not in the same price range as the Hulkman 10.0. All the jump starters used are pretty pricey. When we purchased or received them the price was: Lokithor J401X was $199, Gooloo GT4000 was $220, JF.EGWO 6000A was $300, Hulkman $349. We just wanted to see which portable jump starter would work in frigid temps, regardless of price. They were all advertised to work in -40 F temps with preheat technology, except the Fanttik T8 Max. We threw the Fanttik T8 Max in because that was over $239 when we bought it and is supposed to work in -4F without preheat technology. Actually, most jump starters on the market today are advertised to work in down to -4 F without preheat technology, but we all know from other videos on KZbin that some brands falsely advertise and do not work in -4 F. We just do the videos to see which products will work, and which will not. lol

so it looks like the lokithor warmed up quicker and you didn't have to use boost whereas the hulkman took approx15 seconds longer to warm up and you used the boost?

Your gooloo unit is defective it’s supposed to show the snow flake with the 3 bars and the temperature

Yes, you are right what the Gooloo GT4000 is supposed to do. But the kicker is a friend of mine has the same Gooloo GT4000 and he has the same issue in frigid negative temps as our unit. It takes around 15 minutes or more for his unit to be useable after the pre heat tech activates. So, there are probably many defective units out there, like most products out there. I'm not ragging on Gooloo, I actually like their products and use them all the time. just possibly a defective unit. I am going to purchase another Gooloo GT4000 and see what happens with that one. I appreciate the comment.

There’s two model the GT4000S and GT4000, the GT4000S is without the preheat system and GT4000 is with the preheat technology, it can handle up to -40

​@@HM_RELOADED Meanwhile, I purchased a GT4000. Unit spent 24 hours in the freezer. Took one minute to heat its energy cells from -15 °C to +5 °C, while its capacity dropped from 100 % to 96 %.
