The game is called Lucky. Pot any card that you have ( Ace=1, jack/queen/king = 10) and you will earn a license to play the money ball (14 & 15). If you scratch you will lose your license. If you leave the money ball to your opponent who also has a license to pot the joker card, you have to pay him. If he pots the money ball after hitting another ball to reduce his cards, everyone splits to pay him the money. If you leave him his last card ball, you pay him the jackpot while others don’t have to pay him anything. Basic strategy, try not to leave any money ball to your next player and try to guess what his last card is and don’t leave his last ball open for an easy pot. Like poker, he can play bluff and not let you guess his actual last card.
