Love the water feature. I totally agree, the sound of water adds so much to a garden. I have a patio pond on my covered porch with water plants, a fountain and a trio of comet goldfish that live year round in it. I surround it with my house plants, some potted hostas and ferns from my garden, and it makes for a easy way to water said plants.

The orange pot is beautiful and that brilliant color was hidden by all the plants. It looks amazing now and brings some great color to that side of the garden. Often - less is more.

Julie List yes!! Excellent observations! I didn’t think about how color was needed on that side!

The Aeonium ‘Kiwi’ looks great! More like a tree form specimen. The crooked pot would drive me nuts, too! Thanks for turning on the fountain! Soothing sound. Reminds me of trickling brooks up in the woods of Maine.

You could sell all of those plants you’re pulling out. I’m sure your followers would buy them all up. It would help with some finances at the moment. 😊

I’m getting the keys to my house today,!!! My husband and I live in a tiny RV. I started buying this house in February after my 91 yr old Gramma fell so she can live with me. Now all work we had planned is going to be focused on the outside cuz I’m an ICU COVID RN and will be isolating in my RV and taking care of Gramma outdoors mostly. It’ll be interesting. It’s in a SoCal town called Hemet. Perfect for succulents, I’ll keep you posted.

How often do you have to service or clean the pump? Not the pond itself, but the hardware? I want a small fountain for my tiny garden but worry about maintenance. Thanks!

We snowed yesterday and melted but have more tonight then 50'S this weekend so next week if nice I'll weed my small garden border

How do you get rid of Aphids?
@LauraEubanks4 жыл бұрын
Seanna B I don’t have much of an issue with aphids personally. Isopropyl Alcohol works well for light use, chemical pesticide is recommended for larger infestations. Take precautions if you use a chemical.
@PeachyAnya4 жыл бұрын
Laura Eubanks thank you so much! I used alcohol. Love your content and positivity ❤️
