As someone who lives in Canada and could never grow garden's like this, it's mystifying watching your videos. The huge succulents, the varieties, the size of them, the colours, THE SIZE, outdoors? THE SIZE?!!??! All of it, all of it. Mind boggling. I can't stop binging your channel.

The thorns of the red one are so much more clear to see. Stunning luck. Love it! I did an agave today, and it worked too, winter is cominging so cut off all aeonium rosettes off and stuffed it in instead of top dressing. In four weeks a bare stem of my swartzkop has already grown +-20 new babies for a fuller bush. 🤘 More more more. Autumn time is a great time, especially the earlier! 💪

I'm in SW FL and ordered Vaombe seeds from rarepalmseed like 4or5 years ago or something I think. And now I have multiple large plants, but they mysteriously like to send up pups. I thought Vaombe didn't clump, have ever witnessed this in Cali ?? Anyways I was just experimenting to see if it would work in FL humidity, and they do well.

@janecurtis57264 жыл бұрын
Plants always look ok until you change them around, then, ta dah!, they look so much better!! Like to see where the Aloe originally in the pot ends up. My opinion, but I think the yellow watering can is a distraction, not an enhancement to that area. My eye goes right to the watering can. Kind of breaks up the cohesiveness of the pot and plants. Guess the word would be “competes.”

Those non branching tree Aloes don't sprout from decapitations. The tops reroot very easily. I've had Aloes grow heavy tops on thin stems in pots..lopped off the top,and planted in ground the top or head, and all new in ground trunk was much thicker. Old stem just withered away. No biggie.
