Why are so many people hating on her product list, its not like she just bought all these products for the challenge... Everybody has a collection of products they use, me included, she's just using what she has seen to work, FOR HER, on a more consistant basis... Just do you and what works for you. If you can't commit to your hair, don't do it! No need to hate on her... 😒

Look at how guys do the bare minimum and maintain long hair. "Moisturize and leave it alone" is the key. I would just add, eat well and as healthy as possible, lean protein will help. Exercise also for good blood circulation.

They might even be products you have at home already, just document everything, products, routine, and outcome. some of products that might work that are found at home: coconut oil, olive oil, onions, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, eggs, water etc

Recipee for long Hair: 1- L.C.O method (liquid, cream, oil) I love mixing different oils: Sunflower, avocado, Castor, olive and Doo-gro. 2- protective styles ( I get box braids and twists and make them last a good 4-5 weeks). 3- A good wash day routine (shampoo, a good deep conditionner) 4- Air drying instead of blow-drying 5- Reduce or eliminate heat totally 6- PATIENCE. It will grow, just give it time😀.

Renee the boss L stands for liquid. Yes it could be Leave-in..but technically your primary moisturizer should be water. Or you could mix both(I do that sometimes) but water is ideal 😃When you’re dehydrated for instance your body would respond faster to water vs juice/soda..do you get the idea?

Guys, I said EXTREME. No this is not going to be your average regimen whatsoever! I said multiple times I like options when it comes to products/I don't like using the same thing every week just bc I get bored! I've never ever used allllll natural products (probably never will). I'm not saying you HAVE to do this or that you HAVE to use all the products that I'm using....do you girl (or boy) -- just sharing like I always do! CHEERS!

Yo I don’t know about everyone else but I love how you got straight to the point and not only did you break down the steps you showed how you do your hair. Your hair is gorgeous as well as you Black Queen. The two problems I have is I don’t have time, and my hair is not thick like yours so it’s discouraging, and that’s probably why you have a lot of haters. But I will challenge myself to do a better job at tending 2 my hair until Jan 1 and hopefully I gets results using some of your tips. Thanks 🙏🏾 for the video!!!

I'm in! I cut all my hair off supporting a friend who has Lupus in 2014 since then I have cut my hair to the begging of every year and my little girl doesn't like it. She's always reminding me that the word of GOD tells us that our hair is our glory. So... no more cutting for me but I need to learn to take care of it better. I put different oils together and I use MOST all natural products. Seriously just ordered the Biotin oil, use hair fertalizer, Mix my own oils in a crockpot with fresh rosemary, I also do all food based conditioners but I do have the AP as well. Honestly I dont know my hair I just try and be good to it. Oh I do have a spray bottle with water. Maybe I should take out these corn rolls and give it a spray down tonight. Can't wait!

Actually, what has been working really good for me is: Mayo, one egg, Avocado, bananana, coconut oil, tea tree oil, olive oil, fresh alo vera and honey. my curls are really defined and my hair is very soft. It's a tiny bit of work but it's worth it it for a 4c girl. It really takes my curls to another level

Now that's some gorgeous hair. Just so you know, aphogee uses gelatin as the protein in its protein treatment. You can use whole eggs or clear gelatin you get on your own and mix it with water and oil to use as a protein treatment if you want to save money. You can also use 1 part vinegar to three parts water as a clarifying treatment for your hair once a month. And have you considered rice water? Ah just saw you do the mask with clay and vinegar, that's an excellent clarifier :-)

This is my hair routine 👏👏 So I wash my hair weekly and moisture every 2-3 days 1. I Rinse my hair with water 🚿 and part it into four sections so it can be easier to cleanse 2. In my four sections I will start to shampoo my hair after I finish shampooing each section I put it in twist and leave it for about 3 minutes just so my scalp can be nice and clean and sometimes my hair can take 1-2 weeks without a wash when I do this method 3. After three minutes I will rinse out the shampoo in my hair then after I finish rinsing I will take the twist out 4. I get my rinse out conditioner (it’s very thick) it has the most best slip ever and makes my hair so SOFT!! I apply that to the 4 sections then twist it and leave that in for 7 - 10 minutes after I will rinse the conditioner out and undo my twists 5. I finger detangle mostly but when my hair is very tangled I use a wide tooth comb 6. I blowdry my hair on LOW HEAT....I add Leave In Conditioner this also protects my hair from heat damage and 2 different types of heat Protectant Spray and Oil..... so I will get absolutely no damage especially as I am using low heat 7. After I finish I will put moisturising cream in my hair and oil 8. Then I will do a low manipulation hair style like 2 buns 9. The next day I will spray my hair with water from my spray bottle 10. After the next couple of days my hair will get very dry so before I go to bed I split my hair in four sections and apply my Leave In Conditioner, Spray my hair with water, and follow in with an oil...... I will plait the 4 sections and go to bed with a Satin/Silk scarf I will answer if anyone has questions 🤗

All these people saying there are too many products and steps is ridiculous. these are things you should be doing anyways. Clarifying, condition, deep condition, l.o.c. etc. ok so the clay might be extra but you don't have to use that. And news flash we need protein treatment ladies. The frequency can be once a week to twice a month or whatever works for you. Ok vent over.
