I gutted a mobile home I pur head a year ago and am going to piece together a temporary kitchen and thank that Andy he self you showed will work great. I live in CA and sold my big family home and decided to buy a home again but everything is to expensive now so went with a mobile home. I am excited to see the rest of your hour tour. I love it Kimberly! I can’t get over how everything fits so well. You really have a great eye to be able to balance everything so well. I can’t get over how you put the shelving next to the refrigerator but yet doesn’t interfere with your windows. That’s talent that I try so hard but always purchase things too big🤣 you took a blank space and made it absolutely beautiful and functional. Can’t wait to see the rest🥰

Thank you for sharing with us--so inspirational. I agree with you that the kitchen sink rack is the best thing since sliced bread. I bought mine about 4 years ago and wouldn't be without it. So versatile for drying the occasional hand-washed item, especially those larger pots and pans, for rinsing veggies and fruit, etc--I bought mine at Amazon (there are lots of choices both in color and in sturdiness). Your home is delightfully cozy and beautiful. I'm looking forward to touring the rest of the house. P.S.--I am so impressed by what you've done with "decorating" your front door/porch--the plants and design are lovely. I can't tell you how much I enjoy you and your channel and look forward to seeing what you have in store for us on Sunday mornings. I only wish you were MY neighbor.

A really darling and very chef functional kitchen. I love to cook and appreciate that stainless steel prep table. I have a center island but I want an addition and that looks just perfect. I am one who loves the fan and I DO have a wire dish rack. I too have lived 64 years w/o one. Another KZbinr suggested this at the beginning of the year and I purchased and loved it ever since. Love your kitchen aesthetic and on another note..that blouse! I've seen it before and forgot to look it up!!! Thank you for sharing...

The cookie jar caught my eye as it’s similar to the one we have. We have the one that was in my MIL’s kitchen for decades. When she passed we brought it home. We have pictures of his mother holding him as an infant with the cookie jar in the background. It’s still in perfect shape after all these years of use. My husband is 71 so our cookie jar is at least that old.

Had the accent prep table in my kitchen for years and served us well and stayed very sturdy and gave me all I needed in a prep table. The only thing was after a few years cleaning the area between the slats near the edges for the bottom storage shelves was a booger. Love the shelves on the side of the fridge and the prep table! Just bought me a new one and now kinda wishing I had the same stainless steel like you!

I live near a main road and a quarry so I bought a Dyson air purifier and fan. Expensive but I really love it. I have a Himalayan salt lamp in my kitchen and in the evening it gives off the loveliest colour light. I loved seeing your kitchen.

In my years, I've moved all over the US, even living in Reno so I know the Tahoe area well. I've rented a lot as I knew most places were only going to be temporary. I'm impressed you put so much work and expense into the yard as it's a rental and you only plan on being there for 12 months. But I get it you want it to look nice for you.

I have had one of those dish drainers for a few years. One of my granddaughters told me I was extra, because I had it. So I got my daughter, her mother, two of them. So now they can be extra too. I love mine. I use it daily. I don’t have any room for the rest of the things you have in your kitchen. Mine is like galley between my living room and my bedroom.
