Just a heads up...you can get clear label maker tape, so it’ll match your other labels. :) I was so excited when I discovered the clear tape! I have a kitchenaid mixer and a hand mixer....I think you just need two. Oh how I love to organize!! This was so satisfying!!!

Everything looks terrific! Brilliant idea to paint the pantry door. It’s beautiful. When I reorganized my kitchen, I folded the kitchen towels in half lengthwise and then rolled them. That way, there is a single layer of towels in the drawer and you can see each one. You did a great job!

I LOVE the Kitchen Aid hand mixer. I use it regularly. I had the stand mixer for years. Rarely used it. I gave it away.

Hello from Judith in UK. Just a suggestion. In the drawer with a large container, and a smaller one. Put the smaller one. At the front, the larger one behind. You will be able to reach into the larger one at the back easier than trying to reach into small one .. hope that makes sense !!! 👍

My last comment.. you gave me some great ideas not only for that corner cabinet, but those long pans in your oven drawer. Very helpful. Many good inspiration here. I start mine next week. I'll be on the hunt for containers. I like the trays inside the drawer. Makes things easier to clean. I hope you get to enjoy a much needed rest.

You have no idea of what you did for me and my family today. You solved one of our biggest arguments. I set up our cabinets when we renovated our kitchen and never changed them... they were so not efficient for our needs. You inspired me to put more food in the pantry and allocate an additional cabinet for our million "special to us" coffee mugs. They will be so excited that they won't have to ditch them. Thank you!!

You did a really good job and have worked VERY hard on decluttering your whole home since Christmas. You should be very proud. You have really nice, quality things - and it seems like you have enough now. 2021 will start organized and complete. I would suggest you just live with the things you have for a good year or two, as you have been very blessed. Your jobs should feel done and complete for a good while. Congratulations.

Excellent. Something I did was hang my measuring cups and spoons inside a cabinet and labeled the size. It saves so much room in my drawer

I have both and I use my hand mixer for mash potatoes quick use. When making cookies, cakes, breads I use my big kitchen maid

I have both a hand mixer and Kitchen Aid, but there are some recipes where you need a hand mixer. Eg: my grandmother had a cake frosting that you have to beat for 7 minutes while cooking it in a double boiler. You couldn't use the Kitchen Aid for that. You could store your cookie racks with your cookie sheets. I would have donated some of what you tossed; sometimes people buy things at thrift shop for a different purpose, such as organizing a tool drawer, so they don't need it to look pristine. Helps keep stuff out of the landfill, too. Everything looks beautiful!

Looks great! I can’t believe you did that all in one day. That would have taken me at least two days if not 3. I really like how you have your pots and pans organized. 💜 I use baskets to store things in deep cabinets so it’s easier to pull things in and out, like a drawer. 💜

I have both a kitchen aid and hand held. I also purchased a wire over the cabinet holder for inside a cabinet door that holds all my foil and wraps. It has been great because it frees up a drawer. I also would use a K cup carousel or under the Keurig drawer for your K cups and that would free up another drawer. They also make a drawer for your Nespresso pods you could keep under your Nespresso. I have one of each of those coffee machines as well.

I have a kitchenaid stand mixer and a hand mixer. I use both a lot. The hand i use when im making a huge batch of banana bread or cookies (i like to make and freeze the cookie dough so i do a lot at once) its nice to be able to grab a few out and bake and have fresh baked cookies :) my dad loves it when he comes for coffee

I have both a KA hand mixer and the stand mixer and I think they both have a place in the kitchen for different uses! So I vote, you keep them!

I do too. I mostly use the stand mixer for grating cheese and for large baking jobs. I still use the hand mixer sometimes too.

I took the doors off the little cabinets above the refrigerator and stove when I painted my cabinets and painted the inside a color. I use them for decor now and have 50's vintage Pyrex showcased in them. I never used anything in them before. I lived in one house 7 years and never once used the meat slicer I stored in there.

I really enjoyed your organization video! I think you did great, too! It's really hard sometimes to purge things, but worth it in the long run! I'm one of those that has both a KitchenAid stand up mixer and a hand mixer. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood to mess with the mixer for just mashed potatoes or a cake mix. I mainly use the big mixer for cookie baking and special scratch cake recipes. But that's just me. You have such a lovely kitchen space and lots of room!

I seriously LOVE those copper mixing bowls! I’ve got lots of little Copper touches in my kitchen. Also, I have a kitchen aid, but I really need a hand mixer too. It’s on my list of kitchen needs. I feel like it would be nice because it is a lot to clean up the stand mixer and get it ready for the next thing I need to mix.

I know this was posted months ago, but Amazon sells sectioned lazy susan organize bins...it has cleaned up my lazy susan bin tremendously! Nothing gets "stuck" and is so easy to take in and out to access things

I have both kitchen aid and hand mixer, hand mixer is great for shredding chicken out of pressure cooker. I have the same label maker nd found some clear label tape. I also have those spice jars, love them. Love your videos.

That kitchen is so pretty. I tried using the little stair-step spice organizers but it never worked well for me. I was constantly unloading them to get to the ones in the back that it became extra steps for me. I got a two-tiered lazy susan for bottled spices (at a yard sale! happy dance!), and it's so much easier for me. Just spin & pluck out the ones you need :) Foil, waxed paper, parchment paper, plastic bags, etc were always a headache for me, & I just have a few shallow drawers that are filled with utensils, knives, etc. Over-the-cabinet-door baskets were a game-changer for me. I have two now that hold all of that & make it so much easier to access. I have the same type of big lower cabinets (no lower drawers, sadly, & no corner cabinet like the one here) & since I hurt my back they are so difficult for me to use. Crouching down to pull out heavy pots & pans is no longer an option for me, and I have no clue what to do about it. I found one pull-out metal drawer at a thrift store (they are so expensive new!) but its screws are constantly popping out, so it's more frustration than help. I wish I could find a solution that doesn't cost the moon.

Loved this video! You mentioned not liking having two coffee machines, and if you ever decide to upgrade there is something called the Instant Pod coffee and espresso maker. It is compatible with k cups as well as nespresso pods!

I keep cookie cutters for the holidays separated into ziplock bags. I then just line them up in the back of the cutter bin and I dump the frequently used ones in the front.

I have a Stand Mixer and I would love to have a hand mixer as well. Sometimes we have smaller meals or mixtures and I feel like it’s easier for those.
