It turned out so beautifully! I love how you capture in your videos how pulling a room together is a process and takes time as things come in the mail and diy projects take longer than expected and then of course KIDS! Etc..Lol sometimes it can get discouraging working on a space a little bit at a time when you watch “room makeover” videos where the whole room comes together in a day or over a single weekend. Most of the time it’s simply not affordable to do it that way and most of us don’t have a storage facility to keep and entire room full of furniture and decor stored up for a grand makeover reveal lol. But if you take your time and search around for the perfect pieces even if they need a little elbow grease you can still end up with and incredibly beautiful space. Thank you Emily!

The room looks great !! Such a transformation... you guys did a really good job !! Love the sofa and the rug especially and the art prints are perfect. I have the same taste in art as you do and find myself putting more of those types of art in my rooms. My home doesn't look as nicely styled as yours but at the moment I haven't got the resources to do too many changes. My only suggestion ( and this it totally personal) would be to elevate your lamp that's on your side table just a little bit. It seems difficult to see from certain angles and would provide more light when reading or sitting on the sofa. Not a criticism at all just my own personal style. I love what you have done and am sure your family will make lots of memories in that lovely room !! Enjoy !
