I feel like the parry window is explicitly unfair on extreme mode, Sega should've had it at 60fps on difficulties so that's it's doable for everyone.

No, unfortunately. I got through this with lots of trial and error, so the best thing I can say is to keep trying and learn as you go.

That’s what I’ve been thinking when it came to the Cyber Space levels on Extreme mode, among 1-2 on the normal difficulties.
