Well, that would be tricky in Murmansk, firstly because spoken English levels there are rather low, and also because I think they would be reluctant to speak to foreigners there. Nearby to Murmansk is Severomorsk which is a closed naval city, so I imagine people will be reluctant to speak to foreigners with cameras.

Have driven to Murmansk from Norway 2 times but it was in the summer. I would like to go there again but then came the corona hysteria and now my country is one of the "unfriendly" so now you can not go there because of that...
