EXTREME Side Patio Makeover REVEAL - 😎🤯🤯 - Mobile Home Projects!

The Grand Reveal of the Side Patio in my Mobile Home.
The house is a 2007 model, but even though it's fairly modern, the outside and some other areas have needed some serious work.
So here is part of the Side Patio Renovation where I did, with my parents help, the middle part of the Pathway that was not covered with Flagstone or Pavers at all -totally random-, so we are doing this Pathway, Rearranging the Side Patio, making Trellises, refreshing some metal pieces, a Flower bed and so much more!!

Did you plant some low growing plants and herbs between those rocks and flagstones? If not it would look great. Put something that smells nice when you brush against it! So much work! I bet y’all were sore after all that digging, lifting and bending. The yard looks great, congratulations on a job well done. (Plant seeds to grow your plants, much cheaper)

I live in the same area, depending on the variety bought, it will be a bush. I have the variety, Mystery Gardenia, which bushes. It would probably be better to use Star Jasmine that will climb but maybe too heavy for her trellis. Not sure why she would place the trellis in front of the window though since it would block out the light in that room. Another problem could be a fire safety not being to get out if the plant does climb up the trellis.

Your in a mobile the metal piece may.have been a tie down to help keep your home from blowing a way in bad storms. The newer ones looked a lot different. I also wonder how old you moble is the cement one my haven been a septic tank before a sewer line. Another it maybe a old meter (gas) location a plot document at the court records may tell you..

Thank you!! That’s seems to be the consensus on these pieces. The park itself has, I believe, been here since the 1940’s or so, and this mobile home was replaced in 2007 so I see how things were updated from previous systems. I had no idea all the septic and stuff things are new to me 😅, thanks for your comment 👍🏼🤗

You need to be careful what you’re digging up it could be a gas line it could be electrical line it could be it could be a waterline. You need to call the county or inspector for inspection

Maybe original electrical hook up location. Park likely upgraded for manufactured homes as old trailers and older mobile homes didn't have dishwashers, disposals, washers & dryers. My park was built in the 30s and my electric hookup was toward the back side of my home but the upgrade in the park to accommodate newer homes moved electrical and gas meters to the front 'flower beds'. Now to move a home out is not only the cost of moving the home out and new one in... but utility companies are required.

If you are on a trailer lot. A lot of times its parts or pieces from the last trailer that was there.

I made a flagstone path too but didn’t know about polymeric sand! And it’s a beautiful look! Expensive though😳😊🙀 I put down pea gravel but it would be great to use the glue sand and push my pea gravel into it! Thank you for your ideas and example! So beautiful. Wonderful job. May I share from the King James Version of the Bible the fourth commandment is reminding us of the beautiful Genesis 2:2&3. Since God never changes, God never changed Sabbath to sun day! It was Constantine in 321 A.D. after generations of extreme Christian persecution. And he was a sun worshipper!! Jesus said come out of her My people. I’m so glad you and your family love Jesus and His Word and are sharing your hard work with us. 😘

A bit expensive, but it lasts for such a long time if installed correctly. Adding the ea gravel would be great I would just say to add most of your polymeric sand level and then add your pea gravel then add the rest of the sand and with a broom sweep carefully to uncover a bit then add the first misting of water and the rest of the watering per the instructions. Thanks for the verse, it’s a good reminder to rest from all the work we do and honor God. We love Jesus and his Word!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️
