Today we're taking YOU in for a BIG street food tour of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
Malaysia for some of the best street food in Asia!! To me, it's THE BEST food in the world! You're going to love these street food videos on my channel (The Food Ranger), so make sure to click the subscribe button to see more of these food vlogs!
Today, I'm (Trevor James, The Food Ranger) taking you along with me to try 3 famous Malaysian street foods, including going into the famous MyBurgerLab factory to watch how the salted egg sauce is made for their ultra famous crispy chicken salted egg burger! Malaysia has many different types of burgers and I actually prefer them more than the traditional style, because there are Asian ingredients put into the burgers here which make them much more flavorful and delicious!
And first up, we're starting off with a FAMOUS Malaysian street food dish, the char kuay teow, a super fragrant and delicious fried wide rice noodle that is famous in Penang, but you can still find a few good ones in KL, and we're bringing yo uto a good one!! The high heat and fast frying of the wok brings an amazing "wok hei" flavour which is smoky and gives the noodles an incredible aroma.

Stayed in Malaysia for around 2 years & had to return back to home country due to sudden spike of corona. Feels great & nostalgic to see the road, burgerlab, 128 restaurant nearby sunway college as I used to eat over there during my foundation program. Besides my residence is also over there as I'm doing bachelor at Monash Uni. Hopefully will be able to return to Malaysia again 😇 Luckily I've tried beautiful mess & it's one of the best burger I've tried in my life 🔥

As a huge burger fan I can say that My burgerlab is next level. You won't find such variety and quality at any other burger joint in Malaysia. Another great option , in my opinion would be Fuel Shack. You should try their Mini Tower burger. My burger lab and Fuel Shack are the best burger joints in Malaysia. Period.
