Thanks for sharing. Please show the final kitchen more. Can’t get a good visual from close up snippets. I recommend Alexandra Gater’s channel for some great rental friendly inspiration.

Hey! I totally agree, I should have shot more footage of the whole kitchen. ❤️ definitely a mistake on my side of the editing process. I’ll make sure to include some bigger shots of the space in my next video and link to it in the bio of this one for other people’s reference. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi Indi! I'm a new subscriber and I LOVE your channel! I'm from the USA and find everything about you and your channel very charming. I love WWII era. I'm fascinated with the history, fashion, and style of living and surviving in such a difficult time. I would love to see any Christmas crafts you might have planned as well as renovation videos of your sweet home and historical subject videos. Thanks for sharing with us folks out here in la-la land. Hope you have a great day! 🙂

Oh my goodness thank you so much for your kind words! ❤️ it’s lovely to know my channel is reaching the right people and I can’t wait to share my next projects with you. 🥰 I’m currently powering through a massive mending spree of all of my vintage pieces that have been waiting all year - so there certainly that to look forward to right now!

Looks great! Where did you get the wallpaper from? I’m in Melbourne
@VintageIndi9 ай бұрын
Hey! The wallpaper is available at Bunnings, about $60 a roll (1 roll did 3/4 of my kitchen) and it’s usually near the paint section. :) happy to send you a link!

@@VintageIndi no problem, I should be able to find it! Love your green kitchen! Thanks for the response!

@andie1769 that’s no worries! Also, I recently helped a friend do the same thing with her kitchen, and we found that using a brand new Stanley knife blade worked a LOT better and was a lot cleaner and cut for the edging on the doorways. Just as an extra word of advice! I’d also recommend holding the blade at kind of a 45 degree angle when cutting along the edge to give it the smoothest finish possible. ❤️❤️ happy renovating my friend!!

Will the soluble glue come off completely
@VintageIndi7 ай бұрын
Hey! It should come off, but if you are concerned about the removal affecting the finish of the original material underneath then I’d recommend using double sided sticky tape or a self-adhesive variation of the wallpaper instead. :)
