the lighting in wonderful! im going to have to try this, might work better for me since I tend to use a lot of water with watercolour paints, never thought about doing this for gouache

Hi, thanks for sharing this video! However, when I try wet on wet for gouache... I really don't get this opaque thick gouache finish... Instead it comes out like watercolor with translucent colour. Any suggestions how to overcome it?

Hi there, I usually use a lot of layers when using this technique to avoid the paints being transparency
