For me, this is real bushcraft or survival. Lots of KZbinrs use several expensive gears and tools, but you show, that you can suvive quite conftable, even with less basic tools, even at these cold days.

I drive a desk for a living and haven't been camping since the mid 90s, but I really enjoy the idea and love the videos... especially the very wintery ones. That said... I'm curious, do you have a preferred weather/temperature for camping? It almost looks like snow on the ground is pretty easy and convenient. (Fresh water, insulation and useful for construction.) Whatever the answer, thank you!

why do you keep building your camp so close to the freezing wind from the water??? Canada guy here and I am assuming its not that cold?! or you like the scenery. The wind off the water is unpredictable and can swirl into spots you didn't expect. Other than that you build like I build and you actually build for longer stays then me. good videos and you are teaching principles that are important in a silent way. Very cool (no pun intended)> Mitts over gloves... important!
