I gotta say you guys make some of the most detailed, close up tutorials I have seen on the Miata. I really enjoy how its not like a step by step instruction manual, makes it so much more entertaining, and really fun to watch even though I know/done the install many times. Keep it up!

Thank you for that great compliment. We try to make the videos fun and useful. Thanks for watching.

Very nice breathing system you guys have put together. You have definitely hit the sweet spot for DIY mods on this build. I know it is a lot of research and patience to get this level of integration. Hard to believe when compared to what you started with was a pile of parts.

Thanks! Yeah, it's about as good as you can get in these hot ass Miata engine bays. Hoping to add a Randall cowl intake type at some point.

Brandon. Dude!!! Lube your hole. That’s all you need to install/remove them exhaust mounts. I’m surprised you didn’t wrap your jimmy, I mean header. Especially with the hot air intake right there. I love header studs! I found heat treated studs for my box at the hardware store, cheap
@ExtremeDailyDrivers3 жыл бұрын
Lube helps get them on, which of course we used, but it doesn't help so much when removing because everything is covered in lube! The pliers make it easy!! This header is too pretty to cover up and I don't think wrapping your header does much. At least I've never seen any dyno results.

Your gonna need to either put a hose running to the “cold air” intake or a filter on the end of the crankcase breather. You don’t want oil seeping out of everywhere.

Man this looks wicked smooth but I am curious as to why you guys did not wrap the header. I remember the header wrap vid for the box from a few years ago and ended up doing the same for mine. Good vid guys and the final touches for the Miata seem to be around the corner, looking forward as always for what's next!
@ExtremeDailyDrivers3 жыл бұрын
We didn't wrap the header because the Raceland header is too pretty! Plus, I don't think it does much. We're almost there, JC!! Thanks for watching!

There is one thing I would HIGHLY Suggest, JETHOT COATING. I've been using it since it came on the market in the early 1980's. The coating keeps the temperature down, much like wrapping, but wrapping is Horrible to the metal. They coat the header inside and out! The coating is guaranteed for LIFE! The stuff is OUTSTANDING!!! GOD BLESS,

Hey guys! Awesome build so far....but, I just watched all 28 episodes of this over the past three days or so and I was surprised to see the Miata content just end! Is there more episodes somewhere that isn't included in the playlist somewhere? If not, is there going to be more episodes to finish this thing off? I was so looking forward to seeing you guys fire this thing up for the first time!

Thanks for watching!! We haven't put out a video because we haven't had much to film, however a new video will be coming out in a couple of weeks where we turn the key for the first time! So stay tuned! You won't want to miss it!

It’s way too quiet… the yonaka I installed on my Miata is much louder. I was so hoping to hear what the Yonaka sounded like with a header and high flow cat, you could imagine my immense disappointment.

...what comment, you wrote "first" that's not a comment, it's an insult to the channel because you're just letting it be known that you're writing "first" without even watching the content.
