I was/am in ballet (I had to take a break because of school and it’s an expensive thing to take 😂) and YES! All those variations do exist and are popular choreography from, famous ballets. Even when you look up ballet dances these are the common dances who will see pop up on your feed. But they’re no joke and very difficult and stamina intensive

I purchased the mod earlier today and it was definitely worth supporting the creator she has a lot of other good mods too. This mod pairs well with the blue craving sporty ballet clothing

I did ballet for 15 years ! I am very impressed with the animations !! However, I did notice sickling (when the foot is pointed the wrong way either leading with the heel or curving the wrong way. But it is very possible that this is just limitations of the sims 4 and how the mechanics allow sims to move. And some of the dances were definitely for male ballerinas (such as the jump spins, never danced with guys so I’m not sure of the correct name), and others were definitely more dances in women ballerinas. Overall I really enjoyed this and I can see this being in my game !!

I must download this! I downloaded some ballet CC and have been waiting to use them. For those who are looking for more ballet CC: Blue Craving (Sporty Ballerina) and Jolibean (Joliebean - Grand Finale Set) have beautiful ballet Cast items that include shoes, tutus, and leotards. And then anna bibi has ballet clothes and shoes for children and toddlers.

This made me so emotional as someone who grew up doing ballet! I can't imagine how much work this mod would have taken, I've wanted something exactly like it for so long. Gonna make a cute ballet school now haha. Thanks for sharing this!

Not me over here being like...there better be a whole interaction just revolving around pirouettes and children. 😅 I made the girls from the show bunheads a few years ago. This is perfect! I can't wait to add this to my game.

omg. this is exaclty what ive been waiting! i swear!! i have a sim thats supposed to be a ballet dancer, but i had to sit with the cheerleading dance moves from high school years because there was no ballet in my game. im so happy,, im never taking this package out of my mods folder!!!!

Is there any way to put on a performance where other Sims watch? Typically every ballet school has a Big show at the end of the year. A dance recital. As a former ballerina I will say, most of this is pretty accurate. You learn sequences by step but that would obviously be pretty hard to implement into the game so the sequences that you do see do include real ballet moves. At the bar you can see real representation of them doing first position second position and third position, and something called port de bras, which is an exercise that you do with your arms. This is very cool to see real ballet moves implemented. You see a lot of plies, and I'd be curious to see if you get to see them do any pirouettes. The spin animation in the cheerleading high School pack would work really well for a pirouette. I'm dying for a mod like this but with cheerleading. Also for the clothing. In traditional ballet, men do not wear leotards they wear a black T-shirt and black tights, with black ballet shoes and women wear pink. Women wear leotard with tights. I'm not sure if things have changed this is from when I did ballet about 15 years ago. Men might wear leotards now. That seems to be why they offered more of a "singlet" for the males. There's many one piece bathing suits that look just like real leotards in the game also. Barre is pronounced bar 😘 You did a great job covering this. Also in ballet when you're young, and at a lower level you do ballet on flat ballet shoes, when you've become more advanced and your toes are strong enough around about 12 years old you're able to transfer to point. Do they offer any info about that in the mod?

I downloaded the mod and installed it, and the ballet clothes appeared in my clothing collection, but I do not know how to show the ballet animation and how to make the Sims get the ballet skill and practice it. Is there someone who can explain to me what is wrong?
