I love your videos!!! Could you please tell me what exactly were they supposed to do with the fingers(in order to move)?
@playmeo-group-games6 жыл бұрын
Hi there, and thanks for your comment. The game they are playing is called Your Add - look it up on playmeo.com - basically, each person extends a certain number of fingers on both of their hands, and the first person to correctly add them up and shout out the sum, is the winner and is entitled to move to the next 'country.' Works just as well with Rock-Paper-Scissors, etc.

So what does this game teach exactly?
@playmeo-group-games6 жыл бұрын
Hi there, thanks for commenting. The game does not necessarily need to 'teach' anything - but if you're looking for some outcomes, try 'raising a sweat', 'practising mathematical abilities' and 'generating energy' for starters. Enjoy!

I am unclear on how people move from country to country? Is it the 1st person to correctly add the fingers of both persons? Is that the dual? Thanks.
@playmeo-group-games6 жыл бұрын
Hi B Swanson. People play in pairs, and the winner is entitled to move to the next 'country.' The partner they leave behind simply finds another person to play with in the same space they are playing, hoping to win next time.
@caprincek6 жыл бұрын
Can you explain how is one winning over his pair ? What i understand is one of them hiding his arms and revealing with some fingers open. the other one has to count it right ? Please explain
@playmeo-group-games6 жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for your question: as described in my reply last week - "People play in pairs, and the winner is entitled to move to the next 'country.' The partner they leave behind simply finds another person to play with in the same space they are playing, hoping to win next time." May I also suggest that you visit the website for fuller instructions.
@annonthetube6 жыл бұрын
Yes both have to count. You and your partner show random fingers at the same time, whoever adds them first wins. For e.g. I show 7 fingers from both hands and my partner showed 10. Whoever answers 17 first, wins.

How about this- Here there are three countries- Ethiopia, Bangladesh, and Uzbekistan. Here there are three task cards, you pick one not seeing what’s written on their back. OK. You build a school. You build a hospital. You build a community centre. We reconvene in one hour. (Make damn sure they have the materials they need). After one hour listen to all groups, and ask- ‘Who won?’

This looks like an interesting twist on this energiser, I like it Is it an exercise you have conducted elsewhere as a facilitator, or simply an idea you're putting out there?
