I was born in 1967 and have enjoyed listing to stand up comics with every kind style and material. That I cant believe that I never heard of this fellow Jethro before. Stumbled across one of his videos luckily about a year ago and thankyou thankyou Andy Reed and your channel. This man Jethro is in a league all his own I have watched his stuff over and over and over again. And laugh just as as much as I did the first time I heard him its a daily thing with me now. The bit about Danzel and him in Bodmen { And he already started see ] is my new phrase that my woman is saying all time as well its like an inside joke between her and I. That that we laugh together much much more than we have in years!!!!! Thankyou again Andy Reed for sharing this treasure with us.

I miss this man. I’ve been lucky to have seen him many times. I just can’t stop laughing, even now. I saw him at the Mayflower in Southampton along with my dad. I always remember the opener. Jethro came on and he said, I’m awfully sorry ladies and gentlemen but I can’t be too long tonight cause me wife’s lost her voice and I don’t want to miss it. Happy days, RIP Jethro.

Many years ago I was driving an Ambulance and startled Jethro with the the two tones and I always said that if ever I met him I’d buy him a pint to say sorry , so some years later at the Hall Cornwall I put some money in an envelope and handed it to the lady in the office to give to him ,and then she asked my name and seat number to which I replied that you don’t think I’m that daft do you

Terrific comedy, and his singing is lovely, but whoever decided to censor the audience (the very first time I’ve ever seen this done on any show) needs counselling urgently.
@wildwoodwonder2 ай бұрын
I don't believe anyone did censor it. If you squint, you can see them. It's just a problem with the quality of the transfer.
