These homemade custard donuts are soft, fluffy and stuffed with creamy custard filling. They are easy to make and so delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
Donuts dough:
125ml warm full fat milk
6g(1 1/2tsp) active dry yeast
50g(1/4 cup) granulated sugar
215g(1 1/2cup) all-purpose flour
1 egg yolk
10g(1tbsp) vanilla sugar
25g(1.8tbsp) unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
Creamy custard:
2 egg yolks
200ml full fat milk
15g(1tbsp) unsalted butter
30g(2 1/3tbsp) granulated sugar
15g(2tbsp) cornstarch
1tbsp vanilla extract
+ sugar for coating
