NEW SUMMER DESSERT without any flour! It's the best thing I've ever had! Meringue roll.

Meringue roll is an exquisitely delicate dessert that will captivate you from the first bite. The base of this dessert is chewy and pliable meringue combined with an airy cloud of cream cheese filling and fresh berries. So delicious and so easy to make!
INGREDIENTS:
Meringue base:
190g egg whites(from about 5-6 large eggs)
250g(1 1/4 cups) granulated sugar
25g(1/4 cup) corn starch
1/4tsp lemon juice
Cream cheese filling:
300g(1 1/4 cup) cream cheese
250g(1 cup) heavy cream 33-35%
75g(3/4 cup) powdered sugar
200g any berries. I'm using raspberries.
Optional: almond flakes
