I watched you videos about curves and way of working with them and really love it. Now I tried first method of Extrude that you explained in this video, with one curve and just used cylinder instead of cube. I also added divisions but it wont work for some reason...

You will need to select the faces you want to extrude. Does it work when you use a cube?

Hi! Once my tube has a good shape, can i fill the holes? Normally i would select the edge, and exrtrude it. But, look like i can't select the edges, even though i delete the history. Thanks

Hi if you are extruding using the NURBS curve method you will need to convert it to polygons first. Main menu bar then Modify > Convert > NURBS to Polygons then use one of the methods. Sorry I really should have included it in this video. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

Yes you should be able to extrude along any of the NURBS curves.
