EY must hire more people, one person does the job of 5 people. Companies like EY only think about money and more money without putting themselves in the shoes of the people who work there

Absolutely they don't hire people because they need to get more profits by giving minimum wage to minimum employees and force them to work with the work of 2 people with extended working hours

This is because of the failure of India government see how the company are harrassing the employee, without thinking the government are forming labour law to work 12-14 hour work then in that case they will make us work 18-20 hour work till employee dies. Shame on government who knows to collect taxes but will never thinks of employees protection.😮

They only give all perks and 8th pay 10th pay commission to the govt employees, be it any govt. No one cares about private employees. The should make better work restriction laws for private employees. Private walo ko thodi na bina kaam ka 10th pay milne wala he

Employees in SEBI also complained about a toxic work culture under Madhavi Buch. Why the union govt. is silent on this matter. Especially the unelected FM!!

16 to 18 hours work is normalized in Big 4(PWC, E&Y Deloitte and KPMG)...employees are dumped with 3 to 4 projects on them without any mercy. I have my close friends and family members who used to work in Big g say they were not even treated as humans. Its so pathetic that these high-profile organizations have turned professional carrier in to slavery

Many MNCs that are in great competitive environment, have this toxic culture. Even many Indian companies have this. There are very few true Leaders in all companies. Most (95+%) are glorified Managers. When will Corporate employees ORGANIZE into Unions? That's the ONLY SOLUTION.

Toxic work culture prevails in all mnc, gvt banks, financial institutions, corporate companies for more than 3 decades. Modi to intervene and set guidelines for these companies to regulate their worload to 8 hours per day and quantum of work fixed accordingly...

What about IT companies working like slaves. Problem is IT employees got used to it. Even death they got used to. In my project senior delivery manager died of heart attack at age 39. Heart attack was common at my work place. This is the main reason talented youth want to leave India.
