Digital devices all require that we look at high-energy visible (HEV) artificial blue light, which can cause headaches, dry eyes, blurred vision and eye strain. We need to protect our eyes by using bluelight filter on our devices. I am currently using ocushield screen protector. It's just a normal screen protector that saves our eyes and sleep by cutting out the blue light transmittance, but allowing the non-harmful light through the screen to give us clear and normal images.
