Ma'am, i hv doubt for last question of this video..if BMP4 and Fgf8, itself are inductive signal of optic vesicle (through which Pax6 become activated and expressed)..then how the option D is correct which said 'via BMP4 and FGF8 prior to signal from optic vesicle'.. please suggest

I have a doubt, if Pax6 receives the inducer signal from Optic vesicle, then in experiment (case 3), if optic vesicle is mutated then who gonna send the signal to Pax6 to work properly??? I thought lens formation is inhibited by mutating any of these.
