A lil observation…to pop pans from the container, that are meant for popping, usually have a lil hole, like the rimmel stay matte compact, hence a pin inserted in it will pop it right way! Try the Kose Curl Keep Magic. Keeps curl much better than Heroine Make. It's non fibrous and gives a very clean lash. I use a heated lash curler to set my mascara after it has dried, no risk of pulling lashes out!

I've never used Asian makeup other than various eye glitters which I love, but I always found it too light and natural for me, I tend to prefer the super pigmented formulas and brighter and darker colour of Western brands like Natasha Denona which is my favourite for eyeshadow, but Asian makeup sure is super cheap! I might start looking at it more, as the prices seem less than drugstore western ones

Korean palettes have the same colors and shades, no matter what brand you choose. The same pink, beige/brown and now the overly popular mauve colors. But it doesn’t stop me from collecting it.😅

Got my eyes on dasquie eye shadow. I kinda gave up bc it’s hard to get them. I have tended to use my cream blush as eye makeup to stay minimalistic and frugal.LOL. I loveeee eyeshadow pallets though. I used to collect them eventhough I barely go full glam or go out.

For K-beauty - stylekorean and although a small selection, wishtrend would be my go to in terms of service! Unfortunately there are just no other online retailers for j-beauty that I can highly recommend, I tend to go yesstyle and wait 🥲

For Korean, I recommend Jolse and for Japanese I mostly buy from Ebay (just make sure the seller is from Japan). With Yestyle you have to check the product's availability. Some products say they take much longer to ship, so avoid those (Stylevana has the same). Also, always compare to other sites because a lot of time Yestyle has really right prices compared to other sites. I had problem 2 times so far with them, but otherwise they were fine. I like that import taxes are already handled, so you don't have to worry about being hit with it later. I usually buy from them if I can't find a product anywhere else. Jolse also has/had an ebay shop and probably the best overall prices. I've never been hit with import taxes, but be aware that it can happen. I ordered from Stylevana once and didn't have to pay any import taxes either, but shipping out took quite long, and their prices change a lot.
