Eye on the U: After wild Cal win and bye week, Hurricanes have another test in Louisville

The last two Canes victories were straight out of Hollywood . There was drama , suspense , mystery all wrapped in one 60 minute game . The Hokies game with the Hail Mary pass in the end was one of the most suspenseful Hurricanes games that I ever watched , that is , until I watched the Hurricanes take on the California Golden Bears . I still can't believe Miami pulled out both of those games and wouldn't it be anticlimactic if the Canes were to lose to Louisville after two great wins . I don't think that a loss will follow two great wins , Hurricanes in a blowout 56 to 21 .

Crazy how a sophomore is in the leadership council of a top 10 program. This is good news for Miami moving forward no matter what the outcome on the field is

You watch that game at the stadium as I did, you see the difference in size the canes have over Cal, so you knew they would have a shot at coming back, I didn't predict it but see how it happens... Problem is we have ambitions for bigger things, and what we did at Cal would cause a blowout of our team against Clemson, GA, Tex... I can go on and on.... That is what people are forgetting, we have to change many many things to keep our season going, do we have the talent? Yes I assume all the pundits are not wrong, and our recruiting classes were damn good, hopefully the young players at D-Back will become better the rest of the season, but we are the Miami Hurricanes, beating Cal and V-Tech is not the heroic things we built our program around.

Andre , Don’t try putting blame on Ward. Our D let Cal do what they wanted. Big play after big play.
