I feel like it needs a bit of a "snap" to it. Like in the Macross eyecatch the Valk spins around and holds the gunpod up, and then *snap* it's in the eyecatch pose with the gunpod at its side

Just imagine: If you spend on one frame one hour, at the end of the day (24 hours) you'll have 1 second! (according to 24 frame per second). At the and of the year you will have ~6 min of animation. The good thing is animators don't need to draw every frame. But still I'm so scared about losing my time...

a question, exactly which method did you use to animate this? it seems something along the lines of drawing every frame in phooshop, then importing to after effects or premiere and placing them... is my guess right? if not, how?
