Lack of Sleep, Excessive intake of Caffeine or Coffee and round the clock stress is what determines an average human in the current fast paced lifestyle and world scenario. Thankfully, our body provides few signals to let us know when we have an excess of either of them. One such signal is Eyelid Twitching or Eyelid Flickering which is commonly found in people who sleep for less than 6 hours in a day on a constant basis, drink lots of coffee or other caffeine products or are under constant stress. Moreover, these three events have also being linked to bad lifestyle habits when it comes to the kind of food consumed and the exercise schedule followed which ultimately is a very big risk factor for the heart disease or other ailments like Hypertension, Angina, Heart Attack, Stroke and others.
In this video I have made an attempt to explain the science behind this Eyelid Twitching associated with your bad habits, so that you can work towards improvement of those habits.
