I have hooded eyes but I wear my eyeliner pretty thick and connect the line to my lower lash line, so it doesn't look distorted. But I wear my eyeliner different to you because I'm into heavier eye makeup looks 😋

People with hooded eyes definitely CAN pull off winged eyeliner though. The technique is just different. You have to draw over the hood rather than around it.

Lovely video! I had to learn most of this through trial and error- I have slightly hooded eyes and never thought much of it in regards to eyeliner but after noticing that the application process was different for me compared to Asian girls or some of my friends I began to realize that it can be different for everyone. This clears things up really fast :D
