I love love love the ABH Carli Bybel palette. Its my favorite in my small eyeshadow collection. I have two and I've stored one in an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry space.

Two of the few palettes I’ve decluttered were the gold and metropolis palettes. I liked the mattes in both, but was very underwhelmed by the metallics. I liked having so many cream to powders in Metropolis, but the color story just didn’t do it for me (and I love warm tones!) You really need to dig into My Dream! It’s wonderful!

I agree with you about the metallics in both of those palettes! I finally got around to posting my 3 looks, 1 palette with My Dream recently and I genuinely loved all the looks!!

I buy clear acrylic drawer organizers from Amazon or Michaels to keep my stash more put together. And everything is in Alex drawers from Ikea. The tall 9 drawer ones or the small 5 drawer ones.

I feel you on Soft Glam. In theory looking at it, it's a great balanced neutrals palette but I don't reach for it as often as I thought I would. I prefer cooler tones and though it has some, the shimmers are lacking for me, why does it have 2 golds? I wish it had something more pearly like Vermeer in MR.

Such a good idea!! Using those shades in ND Need a Nude for blush, brows and contour!! Tartelette in bloom is my comfort zone, such an old faithful staple. I need to do a cut throat palette purge, my tastes have changed and I tend to use what I can visibly see. I need a better storage method that lets me see all my options.

I have both PM mothership #2 and Revolution Pro Earth&Stone. They look the same, but on the eyes they donot compare as dupes. I like the Revolution Pro eyeshadow formulas- good for the cheap price . PM Mothership is where my hearts at.

The brown cream to powder shade in the kbeauty hemish palette is to be an eyeliner shade. Kbeauty palettes are made to do multiple things. Contour, eyeliner, eyeshadow In one.

I finally threw out my original ABH subculture this month. Idk I think it was 7 or 8 years old by now. I didn’t mind the application of the formula but the shades would wind up smearing all of my eyes like a bad eyeliner or mascara after a while. It was something I could only wear at home if I constantly checked in the mirror. There were never any guarantees. 🗑️

eye shadow as a nail polish?????? how is that magic done?? reminds me of me in the eighties trying to be a goth and so i used black eye pencil on my lips with a bit of vaseline and voila many of us would do that as black lip stick was very hard to find then, and i completely agree as I dont like seeing me with reds, oranges and yellows but with me im a tanned olive tone skin you know? and on you they might look beautiful, but surely it seems you dont like them i am not a fan of those 3 colours ESPECIALLY on my skin color, it makes me look sick and most reds you cant see them im too dark i think for reds, yellow makes me look dead and orange i simply hate that colour you are right about the eye shadows drugstore ones back in the nineties and you should see them in the eighties, im old so i tried earlier ones BUT now they have come a LOOOONG WAY, way better than before♥♥♥
