Я выращивала грибы-вешенки в большом полиэтиленовом пакете. Но сначала надо купить мицелий грибов в садовом магазине. Вместо соломы очень хорошо подходят опилки от дерева. Берёшь опилки, складываешь их в большой тазик или детскую ванночку. Заливаешь кипятком из ведра металлического. Даёшь опилкам пропитаться горячей водой. Пакет предварительно в нескольких местах надрезаешь крестиком. Затем набиваешь опилки в пакет, пересыпаешь послойно мицелием, затем снова опилки и посыпаешь мицелием. Пакет сверху завязывешь и ставишь на стул или табуретку в обычной комнате. Через 2 недели из прорезей в пакете начнут вылезать грибы.Бывает 2-3 волны грибов. Затем надо ставить новый пакет, а этот использованный можно отвезти в сад-на дачу и рассыпать под кусты или деревья.

@@mokoto8270 Две недели мешок держать при комнатной температуре. Дырок для выхода грибов надо всего 3-4 с разных сторон мешка.Можно опрыскивать тёплой водой в эти дырки.Когда начнут вылезать грибы, надо комнату проветривать 2 раза в день/до появления грибов это не надо делать/. Успехов вам,Настя.

Обычно мы собираем грибы когда они ещë только начали распылять споры, чем они моложе тем и вкуснее(грибы имеют свойство накапливать мочевину). Если вам нужны грибы для спор то берите средний размер, в шапке должно быть достаточно спор для посадки. Храните их в достаточно хороших условиях.

They're fungi. They don't act like plants do, you don't need to replant them after harvesting. Just keep tossing in food to keep the mycelium happy and they'll keep fruiting. Coffee grounds are a good way to go.

​@@JackSilver1410 one thing I do is brew the used coffee grounds again and then strain. Then I use the diluted coffee water to pasteurize the wild bird seeds or straw. Personally I prefer wild bird seeds. Cheap and it increases the surface area of your substrate by 5+ times. Also seeds have natural mold resistant enzymes.

The holes in buckets are just for the ones that are in between buckets, the ones at the tip don't have holes. Mushrooms typically grow at a cool, dry climate i think but I'm not sure

Выращиваю уже 3 года , вешенки, еринги ( белый степной гриб), шиитаке. В ведрах экономический не целесообразно, я выращивают в прозрачных пакетах толщиной от 80 микрон. Дома не советую, надо отдельное помещение где можно поддерживать микроклимат. На инкубации одни параметры, на выращивании совсем другие. Если придерживаться технологии то всегда будете с грибами. Успехов!

Interesting how this one went kind of straight to fruiting stage? Why some buckets have holes in lid others = not hole in lid? Which did better? Where did you buy the "mushroom seeds" abalone spore grains? More detail - average temperatures (roughly) during the month or so? Did you seed all six buckets from that one bag of spore grains?

The mushrooms will reproduce spores and grow for infinite generations as long as there are food(straw) and water. Other fungi(mold) or pests(small insects) may kill them so check the bucket occasionally.

You have to make a lot of whole in your container so that the mushrooms seed growing out side , you can harvest a lot of mushroom.

Are the containers able to be regrown in over and over ? If so this is perfect . I have been looking for uses for soda bottles . I know someone that throws them away I hate it so I was thinking spray paint the outsides black and poke wholes and see if things grow .

I gues it is so that he fruiting bodies come out of the sides and not the top. My family has grown oyster mushrooms in the 90s. They grew on pretty much any old wooden log or straws.

I am think to do a 3 maybe 5 layers tower with pet cam. Your project worked, but could o get wrong for some details. at the frutification stage, whem the substract get the seeds befor start to pin. on that point, usually, the people do not open the pac anymore, and for to breath, just with filter. the air around that garden its good.

Я когда-то выращивала вешенку. Как и всякому грибу, ей нужны определëнные условия для хорошей урожайности - это высокая влажность, оптимальная температура от 12° до 18°, дневное освещение. Но самое страшное то, что они жутко аллергенные. Поэтому ни в коем случае их нельзя выращивать в жилых помещениях. Это на видео всë просто и прекрасно.

I don't think there's mushroom seeds but what I know mushrooms are fungus 's family, when you take dry grass putting under some wood then wet it in some darker corner in your garden 🏡 one day you will get yours 🤗❤️

The seeds in the video are probably rye. They aren't the source of the mushrooms, of course. They're a food source for the mushroom mycelium to grow on until it's transferred to straw.

Уважаемая Валентина,Добрый день!65 лет -это юность старости,и нужно лечиться,и у вас обязательно получится.Мне 80 лет и грибы я до сих пор собираю.И попробую вырастить как показывает автор,а мицелий взять нужно у живого гриба,как говорится вырвать с корнем,а не обрезать шляпки,думаю подойдет опенок,а можно купить у производителей вешек.
