Does 1 roll fit all 4 fenders or did you have to order one extra?

Seems to take minimum 2 rolls. Might be more because fenders are huge on newer full size trucks.

How many kits I need for a ram pickup?

To do the flare fully, all the way down the front bumper, I would just get 4. The wheel arches are quite big on the Ram.

Any experience applying EZ Flares to a very thin lip (5/16") in the front of the front wheel well of a 2019 Chevy Colorado? The rear wheel well lips are wide enough (3/4") to provide a good adhesion surface.

Hard to say because the surface area is low. Can you fold it onto the inner lip more?

It should work with it if there's a lip to adhere to.
