I had a laminator that literally weighed a ton. Guy gave it to me, it was too big and heavy for me to move so I let another guy have it and he scraped it. Thing was brand new!

Wow, that’s a bad way applying vinyl. All those crappy cut paper liner edges will be leaving a bunch of tiny particles, making a line across applied graphics. This is easily solved by cutting and folding the adage before running the roller over.

I agree, but depending on the backing, we used an X-acto knife to cut a smooth edge, and didn't have to fold it. But scissors would always leave jagged edges, which made weird line. That being said, no one would notich by some one like you or I.
