Good ezCAD introduction video, +1 (thumbs up) 1. What's the version of ezCAD used in the video? (I see it as v2.1.4) 2. Is there any official website for ezCAD software? 3. Why you recommend 20kHz frequency, and not change it? 4. If I have several marking objects in an ezCAD file & I lock one of the object. Then I can't mark that locked object alone(using select-mark option). btw I've a 20W Fiber Laser (Raycus source, F-Theta Ronar Lense)

这个是因为你的机器带有2个红光指示器，可能其中一个是装配厂家自己增设的，要从机器光路内部去除，不建议你自行操作，以免破坏光路的原始设置，会导致出光不正常就麻烦了。

you could try 20% to 85% power, and 300-1000 speed to test on your target. this just need more testing you will understand how it is work well.

What laser power your machine is? and what thickness you want to cut ? cause this laser just marking/engraving machine, not very strong for cutting works.

Why you meet problems? because you use piratical software. our company offer machine with licensed EZCAD, no copy no piratical.

puede deberse a 2 razones: 1º es el problema de ajuste del indicador rojo, velocidad demasiado baja, 2º es el problema de la cabeza del galvo.

2 posibilidad: la primera es que el láser no está encendido, la segunda es que la fuente del láser tiene un problema.
