EZFN crashing/ not opening, how to Fix!!

Mobile: Restart the phone you are on, and then if that does not work, delete the files for EZFN, then re download everything if that dose not work then try and verify the files,still got a problem go to EZFn support

My problem is that I haven’t been on ezfn in a while and I was required to sign in but I didn’t know my password so I pressed forgot password. But when I pressed the reset password button it said unable to send email.
