Not too long ago the Holy Spirit brought to my attention about belonging to a church online that teaches the Gospel honestly and faithfully, because it's hard for me being disabled to get out to meet in a building. I have been bedridden for almost two and 1/2 years due to spinal stenosis injury, but I miss the fellowship of a pastor/teacher and other brothers and sisters in the Lord, and giving tithes and helping in God's work. I wept tears of joy after hearing you speak about online church, there at Calvary, and I will be getting in touch with your office who handles the administration for Calvary church. I have been helped by the teaching of the Holy Spirit of God, who I believe guides your teachings. I give the Lord God all Honor and Glory for the truth I am hearing from your teaching videos. Thank you for being a faithful servant of the Lord Jesus. God bless you, and I pray God protects you and your ministry from harm from evil men, who don't know God, like scripture says. God Bless you in all things as you go about Father God's business. Amen. ✝️🕊🙏❤

Pastor Heitzig, While praying this morning, August 7th 2020: This is what I experienced." Study the books of Ezra, Daniel and Revelation. As I searched the Biblical Teachings on the internet, your teaching on Ezra, stood out brilliantly, As I listened learned much from this teaching, I began to cry and repented of not studying God's word like I have been appointed to by the Holy Spirit. You're a powerful inspiration, thanks for your faithfulness and direction. Blessings to you and yours 🙏

Good commentaries, Pastor Skip! I can't tell you the number of times I have said I want to be a member of your Church. But unfortunately New London, CT is too long of a walk for me to get to where you are in New Mexico! I do have a quick question for you, if I may? You made some commentaries about the Jewish lineage had to be in-tact, so that Jesus' lineage would all be intact, (I am paraphrasing, I know, but you get the point). If that is the case, then how does this play out with Boaz and Ruth (Canaanite), and Salmon and Ruth (Moabite)? Does the pre-Persia days not account for the returns of The Jewish Nation? Skip-I hope that either you, or oe of your team mates see this question and respond, because I really do want to know. I asked you a question before, I think back in December--and didn't get an answer. (Don't worry--I found the answer myself! Makes you proud, doesn't it? However, I am really curious as to your take on this one.

Dear Tom, I am Pastor Eric and your email was forwarded to me to respond to on behalf of our Pastoral staff. I apologize for any and all delays you have had to endure. Our objective is to respond to emails as soon as possible. Our plates have been full here lately, lot has been going on, thank you for your patience. Though busy, this does not diminish the importance of your question and email, please allow me to direct you to the best answer for your inquiry. Pastor Skip gave a message that captures what you are asking here, and I believe is a fuller explanation. Please review it and let me know if that answers your question, and if not let’s work it till we find a satisfactory answer. Thank you Tom for your question. In the book of Ezra we read about four kings.... 1.Cyrus 2.Darius 3.Ahasuerus 4.Artaxerxes Is this correct order in which they reigned in that era??
@karldahlin858 Жыл бұрын
23:00 I wish you did not skip the names. I am curious that the name and numbers list is outlined because it is the same in Nehemiah with only small changes. Did Nehemiah have Ezra's documents from the second return and just update them? Or does Nehemiah just outline the total return of exiles and not just the ones that traveled with him?
@danielbravo2582 жыл бұрын
Great study as always, but with a few with chronological mistakes - 1-Zerubbabel 538 BC under Cyrus, 2-Nehemiah 446 BC under Artaxerxes 1 (Macrocheir-Longhand), Ezra 398 BC under Artaxerxes 2 (Mnemon) Please read Ezra 9:9 and ask yourself what is out of place here? Nehemiah-Ezra are key books.

Ezra wrote psalm 119.....Scribes would eventually be able to be rabbis.... The rabbis opinions can never, never outweigh the importance of the Word of the Lord.... Mark 7....Jesus clears up any uncertainty, no tradition can outweigh the importance of the Word of the Lord. Ezra taught the people the Word of the Lord... Teach, teach, teach.... We need to listen and put it in practice.... Know your history.... Learn the templates

The tribes are not lost, no one is lost but we all know that of the 12 tribes some are still scattered throughout the world. Only an idiot would believe that all of the 12 tribes are in Isreal. I'm sure you don't believe that Skip. What we do know is people claimed to be Jewish and not from any of the tribes. Either way great teaching. I will continue to listen.

Judah will never again bear fruit, they will only bear leaves just as Jesus said in Matthew 21:19. Never again means never again. The current state of Israel is a political state. Everyone must be grafted in through the new covenant. Jesus divorced Israel and then when Jesus died His marriage to Judah was void. According to the marriage laws in the Torah, a man cannot remarry a wife whom he has divorced. Glory to Christ Jesus, for when He resurrected He was a new creation and because of His death and resurrection the new covenant was birthed. But EVERYONE must be grafted in whether by blood or not. Jesus was born under the law and therefore the laws on divorcement applied to Him also
