F-150 3.5 Ecoboost exhaust - no cats, res delete, and super 10

Catless downpipe, resonator delete, and a flowmaster susper 10. I installed and welded in everything with 3 inch tubing from the turbo back.

The biggest noise change in the exhaust is from the removal of the cats. I had a catless downpipe and it sounded worlds better than most ecoboosts. I got tired of the fumes and O2 lights so I replaced it with a stainlessworks catted downpipe. It made it sound like every boring EB with a simple catback bolt-on.

No. Notice how he never rev'd it past 1500 rpms. Every eco boost exhaust video they all do that. Because once they do rev it it sounds just like you would expect a v6 to sound. They're just fooling you

You could do that but a lot people don’t like the sound with a straight piped v6 truck. The flowmaster helps remove some of the high pitch sounds

i have a 2.7 i used 3 and a half inch pipe and series 50 delta flow a little drone but not bad. I had an mbrp cat back too much drone.

@@richardlent8410 bet preesh bro! It seems for some reason that the 3.5s dont really get any drone. Everyone ive asked and comments I’ve read have said no drone. So im finna send it and get catted spd downpipes, res delete, and super single in dual out. Pipe diameter will be determined by the recommended specs according to estimated horsepower from a diagram i found. Its gon be pretty much the most extreme setup except fo like offroad downpipe and straight pipes. Fingers crossed for lil to no drone!

Turbos and chambered mufflers don't work well together, you need a straight through muffler, plenty of Dyno sessions out there proving this

@@buffalobmf Weird deal but with these a lot of times if theres a check engine light then the remote start wont work... Aka if you remove the cats and there isnt an o2 sensor it usually throws a code. You can use a tuner or other ways around that though.

Wrong! If the CEL is on the remote start does not work! Remote start works with any thing newer on 2015+ 2014 to 2009 the remote start does not work with CEL, this is what I hate about 3.5 EB talk.

I have a 2015 F150 Ecoboost Platinum. It's currently rotting in my driveway. Only has 54k miles on it. It has weather teck floor mats, sprayed bed liner and roll and lock bed cover. All maintenance done at the same dealership. Same dealership just soaked me for 5500 bucks for repairs. My gift to humanity is don't buy this model or this truck. Go GMC or Chevy or just ride the bus. The F150 Ecoboost is a rolling wallet draining nightmare.
