Good job, just remember that once you exit the runway you should safe the seat.

You have to do a scavenge before you shut the engine down by going to 80% for a bit.

Put it in park and turn of the ignition key. Don't forget to lock the doors.

One thing you overlooked is to check Speedbrakes are in "Closed" position. And trust me, this is SO easy to forget. I do it all the time in BMS. And I taxi all my way up to the designated parking spot, and shutt down the jet completely, only to realise after all that, I forgot the Speedbrakes open. [edit] Nope. Nevermind. I watched the video again, and you do go over that. My bad. But anyways, this is one simple and trivial step, and yet it's so easy to forget, because the Speedbrake indicator is in such an awkward place and occluded by the Canopy Lock Handle.

No no no, this is wrong. The Reapers pull off in a line and eject after going max throttle. That's how you shutdown.

Most drivers don't safe the seat until they shutdown (if at all).

That’s true. I can’t begin to count the number of times that I had to safe the seat, not to mention switching the EPU switch from NORM to OFF.

If you don’t want to use a keyboard command the canopy up/down switch is a small silver toggle switch half hidden next the the yellow canopy lock clamp

That’s true, however, most pilots leave it in NORM instead of lifting the rear guard and switching it to OFF in my experience.

I was making this to print, so I figured Id put it here 1 | During taxi/Pulloff area | Disarm ejection lever after exiting runway Probe heat OFF ECM power OFF Close speed brakes IFF Master knob OFF Taxi lights ON (until parked) Laser/Master arm OFF HUD OFF Sensors (behind stick) OFF Avionics Panel Pwr OFF (MMC, ST STA, MFD, UFC, MAP, GPS, MDS LVT, INS.) *continue to park* 2 | engine shutdown while parked | Throttle OFF (Rshift end is standard) Confirm JSF Run-light is OFF, Confirm EPU lights are OFF Main Pwr OFF after RPM is below 20% O2 Supply OFF, Lever to 100% Taxi lights OFF Unlock, then open Canopy

nice, but if I land to rearm and set the f16 on ground power, shut down the engine, when I takeoff the waypoints are wrong, need I to re align before like as a cold start? THX for the tutorials

Some procedures is throttle to military in 7 seconds before engine kill. Do you know anything about that?

Are we going to see some missions PvP’s with the F16? I understand it’s early access and bizarrely doesn’t have a damage model, but want to see some capabilities, particularly of the flight model, range, speed, agility compared to the other planes.

The open/close canopy switch is directly behind the yellow catch on the sidewall. Awkward, but can be done with the mouse.

How does the canopy open when you switch off all sources of energy before?

I’m not exactly sure how but it runs off it’s own source? Just so if the aircraft crashes the pilot stands a much higher chance at getting out

Both canopy switches (cockpit and ground) operate without using the main power panel. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to open the canopy to get in without using a speed handle. The F-15, on the other hand, is a little different as it uses a hydraulic canopy actuator.
