Taking the Hornet for a demo flight with the realsimulator.com FSSB R3 Lighting Base and F-16 Grip! I wasn't paid to make the video but instead given the unit to keep in exchange. I still view this as sponsored and will label it as such. The entire setup will cost you $910.45 USD which is £810.00 in total. This is for hardcore simmers and cockpit builders, replicating true Fly-by-wire sticks.

@@jfavignano Maybe you could explain to all us Brits and Europeans why you're today now only our enemies? And maybe you could explain why we see you all supporting terrorism and Nazism? Have you all forgotten what WW2 was about, maybe? Well, you see, we haven't so unlike you, we won't betray our relatives and grandparents who fought and many gave their lives defeating Nazism. It doesn't seem to matter to any of you today, right? You don't care, do you? And all you do is try to deny everything, even what the entire world heard your own government was forced to admit by Russia's exposure of your support of terrorists in Syria. Maybe you'd care to explain it? You know, so we can all understand why you've not any morals or even any understanding of ethics (understanding of right from wrong)? Do you think you all might have some kind of learning difficulties, maybe? Or are you actually really just that vile, self-righteous, and that uneducated? You tell me?

@@jfavignano There is, without question, something seriously, very seriously wrong with the American people, everyone of them, and I do mean every one of them. In 2015, Russia exposed the USA to the American people, and to the entire world, for supporting terrorists in Syria, and that forced the USA, to admit to the whole world, that they had recruited - trained - armed - supplied - protected - paid - and used, brutal terrorists, the “Free Syria Army”, in Syria (sorry I forget, the Americans like the term "moderate" head chopping rebels), it's only terrorists to the rest of this world, my mistake. Yet not one, has ever condemned it. Not one has done the right thing, and stood up against it, or even protested against it, as every other society on earth, would be doing, if any of our governments were forced to admit what the USA admitted. Far from seeing anyone of them protest against it, what is the reality, what do we really see? We see millions of Americans cheering their criminal presidents, and we see millions of Americans chanting USA USA USA, (just like the Nazi's of the 30s today). And we have never seen a single American, stand up against it. Why not? 2018, Teresa May announces British strikes on Syria, within 3 hours, literally hundreds of thousands of people are stood outside Parliament protesting against it. 2018, Emmanuel Macron announces French strikes on Syria, later that evening in Paris, hundreds of thousands of people are protesting against it. 2015, Russia exposes the USA to the American people and the entire world for supporting and supplying terrorists in Syria, and still, 6 years later, not one American has even condemned it, let alone protested against it! The only society we've ever seen do this before in modern history, not even protest against their own government's criminal murder and killing of innocent people (once the people found out), was indeed Nazi Germany 1933-1945, and that's the only time in modern history the people of any society have done what these American people are today. The truth is, something that seems to be forgotten today, but what was the most asked question after WW2, a question asked all the way into the early 1980s? "Why did the German people do nothing"? What's worse, is, we can understand today, why the German people did what they did, they were starving to death with the harshness of the Versailles treaty, and dying in large numbers during the great depression, so quite naturally, they'd of supported absolutely anything that offered them hope! These Americans have no such excuse.

@@jfavignano Terrorist USA.... The United States of Global Terrorism. And the people cheer their president and chant USA USA USA, just like the Nazi's. Every other country on earth who knew what their country was doing, (supplying, recruiting, arming, training terrorists) who've slaughtered hundreds of thousands of innocent people, would all be out on the streets in the millions protesting it stops!

No kidding. My dad retired from Boeing after 43 years working on the Hornet. If I remember correctly he was part of the inner wing support. I live in Chesterfield down the road from Spirit and have these guys fly overhead from time to time. I've seen this stuff all my life with his career and I still drop what I'm doing and head outside when I hear them coming. Never gets old.

Jeff, My fascination of aviation has grown over the years from watching your content. It's crazy how much it's becoming such a hobby of mine. Now wherever I'm at and happen to see a couple fighter jets or a an airliner flying in the background during a football game on TV I can tell which plane it is or the details. Thank you for getting me into this awesome hobby of mine.

F/A-18 has two tails, two engines and looks very similar to the F-16 but the F-16 has a thinner look and it’s smaller and only has one tail and one engine, it also has this smiling mouth shaped intake at the front, the F-22 is silver and has a golden indium tin oxide tinted canopy and has wide triangular shaped wings with a flat bottom two engines with thrust vectoring capable nozzles, two tails, and it’s got these sharp quadrilateral or pentagonal looking shaped stabilisers. The front of the plane has a sharp nose which is separate to the flat quadrilateral looking front of the plane The F-35 looks similar to the F-22 but without the triangular wings, and it has a darker colour, it only has one big engine.

That F18 looks absolutely stellar in MSFS, sounds and cockpit are spot-on! Not sure how some old, knurled arthritic hands would handle the stick, but if it works the way I suspect it does, that could be a game-changer in precision flying. By the by, I suspect you've been, but if you haven't visited the Pensacola National Naval Aviation Museum, man you need to go a-sap! It's a full day of exhibits and the aircraft inside rivals anything including the Smithsonian collection. There's a better than average chance you'll get to see the Blue Angels practicing too.
