F.Barsanti Two Scottish Tunes Göran Söllscher guitar

Francis(Francesco)Barsanti was born in Italy but spent most of his life in
London and Edinburgh.
Busk Ye my Bonny Bride and Clout the Cauldron are two songs from ’A Collection of Old Scots Tunes’ arranged by Barsanti and published 1742 in Edinburgh.
In the foreword he writes that these songs have ’an Elegance and Variety of
Harmony equal to the Compositions of the most celebrated Masters of those
Times’.

Hi Göran. Det er fantastisk musik. Jeg sidder faktisk med din bog 12 British sogns og prøver at arrangere dem for guitar og cello duet da min datter spiller cello. Og inspireret af dit og Jian Wangs meget fine album Reverie. Det ville jo være helt fantastisk hvis du kunne finde på at uploade de sidste skotske sange fra bogen 😊 Lige en lille ekstra bemærkning så spiller jeg selv på en Hallgren guitar spruce/mapple og sikke en guitar og Per er en fantastisk fin fyr.
