Thank you. This brings tears to my eyes. My Mom was a classical pianist. She played many pieces from Chopin. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her play. And this young lady as well. My Mom passed away at 92 years - June 18, 2021. I miss her.

Lang Lang doesn’t destroy it, he just adds his own playing style, it’s not for everyone but there really is no “wrong” way to play a piece

@@bludika Not in terms of musicality, so I agree. But "technically wrong" is something else altogether, meaning not playing the right notes and rhythms. If the technique is there, the expression is up to one's own desires and sensibilities.

How can such clarity and good playing come from a 14 year old?? Wtf??? I'm 14 and I'm playing this piece only half as good lol Very admirable clarity; most "prodigies" that attempt this piece don't even make an attempt to add in proper phrasing, articulation, or dynamics. She makes it look like a professional interpretation at only 14.

I'm sure I've commented on this video before . A beautifully understated performance by Natalie . Most pianists play this piece too quickly , in an attempt to show their brilliance , but in my opinion it doesn't work ; this strikes a good balance .

She's very talented. Unfortunately, there are MANY musicians out there (including me) who never got a chance. Chopin is a taste which is not to everyone, and that's why classical music is unique, you have to be deeply sensitive to like and recognize it.

I'm learning this valse right now and at beginning i listened to Igoshina's playing and took the base for my interpretation from her.
