If you're serious about piano, look up hanon virtuoso pdf on google and practice through the whole thing for a year straight. Songs like this will seem easy to you and you can impress all the piano plebs who think anything that is fast is hard. Good luck.

Technology is such a marvel. KZbin has brought so many talented musicians into my life that I otherwise never would have known. I grew up in the 70s with a black and white tv with 2 channels. When we changed the channel, we’d have to walk up to the tube tv and push the channel button.

BRAVO! Very close to the level achieved by Sokolov and Kissin. Good control of dynamics and the shaping of phrases. I'd love to hear her perform the sonatas Opus 2,#3, Opus 7, Opus 22, or Opus 31, #1. The slow movements would provide the "acid test" needed ti determine the level of ARTISTRY n this highly gifted young player

Victor Paringaux natural talent exists, but without dedication and hard work which is demonstrated by natalie, you cannot get anywhere. You cannot be dependant on natural "talent". She may be gifted, but she didnt sit down and magically start playing this without practice. I'd bet she has put more effort into anything you've done, and she's eleven.

I usually sit closer than her, but if I happen to be playing a fast piece, I tend to sit further back. That way, my arms are further forward and therefore easier to move :) That's what I do, but I think most people sit closer than her.
