PS. 高筋粉蛋白含量高,所以比較Q軟,如果只有中筋粉可先試試看,不過如果覺🉐️煎起來面餅比較容易破裂,就還是建議換回高筋粉!
Ingredients 食材:
Batter 粉漿:
• Bead flour 高筋麵粉 90g
• Potato starch馬鈴薯澱粉 45g(地瓜粉,樹薯粉也都可以)
• Salt 鹽 ½ tsp
• Tap water常溫水 270g (可適當增加5-10克的量,如果你想很薄的口感)
• Scallion 蔥末 適量
