Shinobi first duel was expected , difference Is too much but It was nice from you to put also the loses, later you showed us what in my opinion Is your top skill, adaptation...this is the ultimate skill, cuz reactions and reads are good, but "reads" while the term appears to be the same is not, you can be a good reader , but if the other person also is that person will change the pattern so you cannot read him...so you truly needed to adapt...and with the trash Tier one, top Notch skill!

Well, firstly, he lacks any side dodge attacks and recovery cancels which became pretty much a meta with the course Ubi is taking currently. Secondly, his bash is a bit slow and doesn't even guarantee any damage. And finally, his moveset is quite limited so it's often easy to adapt to fighting against him.

No, every region have the same number of GM, the problem is it's really hard to find ranked games because no one plays, i usually need to wait about 10 minutes to find a game, that's why i don't play ranked besides liking the Idea of It.

They arent really good offense vs even bad players, 600ms is reactable even for old gen and reactable offense isnt offense at all.
